Do you recognize one of these telemarketing scripts? These are recent robocalling scripts that we are actively tracking. We are either in the process of identifying who they are calling for or we already know who they are calling for, as we build a case against them.

If you have received similar calls, please let us know. You can message my law clerk, nathen@nwdebtresolution.com. We may be able to help each other out!

Understanding the Types of Telemarketing Calls

Telemarketing calls can vary widely in purpose. Some aim to sell products or services, while others offer financial assistance or insurance plans, often under the guise of providing value to the consumer. The intent behind these calls is typically to gather personal information or solicit payment for products and services that may not be necessary or beneficial.

Caller

Hello? Good morning! This is Jill. I’m calling to help you access newly added Medicare benefits in this open enrollment period for 2025. It includes free medications, prescription coverage, food cards, and cash back up to $250. So, do you have Medicare Part A and B? If eligible for the new updates, I am just connecting you to a verification officer now. Please hold.

Red Flags to Watch Out For

When receiving telemarketing calls, it is crucial to watch for red flags. Calls that request personal information, pressure you to make quick decisions, or create a sense of urgency can often indicate a scam.

Seeking Help

If you experience harassment from telemarketers or debt collectors, you are not alone. Many people are subjected to persistent and aggressive calls. If you’ve encountered similar problems, consider reaching out for assistance.
