10/28/26 UPDATE - NW Debt Resolution Is Not Accepting New Debt Defense Clients Right Now

When someone reaches out for debt defense help, it is often because a deadline is close, a court paper feels confusing, or a lawsuit has created real stress. That kind of situation deserves careful attention, not a rushed intake or a promise we cannot keep.
For that reason, NW Debt Resolution is not accepting new debt defense clients at this time.
Our current caseload requires the full focus of our team. We take pride in giving every client attentive, thoughtful representation, and we want to protect that standard for the people we are already serving. We are working to expand our staff, and we will update this page as soon as we are able to resume taking new cases.
We appreciate your interest, your patience, and your understanding. If you are dealing with a debt collection lawsuit or another urgent legal matter, please do not wait for this page to change before taking action.

Why we are pausing new debt defense cases
A debt defense case can involve more than reviewing a complaint and filing a response. Each matter may require careful document review, deadline tracking, court communication, settlement discussions, client calls, and preparation for the next step in the case.
That work takes time. It also takes focus.
We do not want to accept new clients if doing so would reduce the attention we can give to existing clients. A full caseload can create strain on any legal team, and pretending otherwise would not serve anyone well.
This pause allows us to keep our commitments to the people who already placed their trust in us. It also gives us time to grow our team in a responsible way, so that future clients can receive the same level of service.
We are not closing our doors. We are temporarily limiting new debt defense matters so we can maintain the quality of our representation.
That distinction matters. The goal is not to step away from this work. The goal is to make sure we can do it well.
What this means if you were hoping to hire NW Debt Resolution
If you were considering contacting us about a new debt defense case, we understand this update may be disappointing. Debt lawsuits can move quickly, and it can be frustrating to find the right help only to learn that new matters are paused.
At this time, we cannot take on new debt defense clients or begin representation in new debt defense cases. We also cannot hold a place in line or promise a specific reopening date.
We will update this page when we are able to resume accepting new cases. Until then, the best step is to keep checking back for current information.
If your matter involves a deadline, please treat that deadline as urgent. Debt collection lawsuits often require a written response within a set period of time after service. Missing a deadline can have serious consequences, including the possibility of a default judgment. The exact rules depend on the court and the case, so it is important to seek guidance from another qualified attorney or legal resource as soon as possible.
Thank you for your interest, your patience, and your understanding. Please check back for updates, and if you are facing an active legal deadline, do not wait to seek qualified help elsewhere.
